Rep of Ireland $10 Bond Certificate 1920

"In 1920 Eamon DeValera went to America to raise funds for the new Irish Government and this was done by means of a National Loan. This Bond Certificate is one of the Certificates issued for this Ireland's very first national loan. It has been in my possession since 1964 and I treasure it as one of the financial instruments that helped to get this country started."
