Congratulations Letter from America

"My Father was the youngest of six. His Father died when he was 3 years of age. His Mother sent him to America to her sister in Michigan. His Aunt enrolled him to Fenton High School where he graduated in 1933. The school sent his Mother this congratulations letter explaining he could enter any USA University without examination.. My late Grandmother was so proud of this letter that she kept it and his Diploma and passed in on in the family . "
