1970's String Wire Picture

"This is a 1970's String Wire Picture of a Fish. This form of Art was very popular in the 1970's. The pictures were completed by using a stencil on a plain background, often cloth. The stencil outlines the placement of pin nails and coloured string wire was then 'strung' between the nails."
