"My Grandfather used this simple gambling device when he served on the western front during WW1. The soldiers put their ante on the table and spun the "Put and Take", if it landed at P2 then you had to put 2 of whatever the stake was into the pot and it it landed on T2 then you could take 2 from the pot."
