"This is the cover from the 9 September 1944 edition of the Picture Post. It shows a Catholic priest aiding British soldiers. The priest is Father James Fisher (my great uncle) of the Columban Order. He was born 26 April 1900 in No. 2 Drumcondra Road, Dublin and spent most of his life as a missionary in China and Burma(Myanmar). Here he can be seen tending to soldiers during the Normandy invasion. He passed away on 4 December 1977 and is buried in the Columbans grounds in Dalgan Park, County Meath"
