U2 at McGonagles Poster

"In the late '70's while I was in school, I worked in a small sweet shop in Grafton arcade where Murrays record shop and captain America's was. The shop was at the front. U2 and other bands such as DC nein, the atrix and the Virgin Prunes used to come in to hang their posters vying for space. Bono was always scrounging small rolls of sellotape. One day I said "No more this is the last time," while winding sellotape around a small plastic coin bag. He said "I'll pay you back when I'm rich and famous ". I scoffed!"
