Bray wallet and cross

"The wallet is from my grandfather who grew up in Bray from 1901- 1922. He moved to the US and passed it down to my father. It is brown leather. It has a design on the outside saying "From Bray" and a design on the inside saying "Made in Eire". I am looking for any information someone can give me on it. The second item is a cross my father got from his mother who passed away in 1944 when he was 7. I know very little about it. My aunt said it was once part of a base with two crosses like this one. In the center is a purple stone. My father was told that supposedly there was a splinter of the original cross in the stone. I'm a history teacher/ historian and know that is unlikely. There were so many splinter sold you could reconstruct hundreds if not thousands of crosses. I am also looking if anyone can tell me anything about the cross. My grandmother came from Belfast. Pictures of both items are included"
