Three-legged table

"I found this three-legged table in the wine cellar of a very old house which we we're tearing down to make way for a new housing development in the 80s. The wine cellar itself never had electricity, only gas-lighting. While searching with a flashlight before we tore the building down I saw something wrapped in an old sack at the back of one of the concrete built wine storage cubicles. It was this three-legged table. I have dragged around for the last 30 years not knowing its history or value. It looks hand carved with a phoenix on the top of the table and the legs are carved as dragons it stands about 17 inches high by about 14 in wide"
