Irish Sugar Company Sack

"My uncle Andrew owns this bag, he will be 80 years old in February 2021. He said his family used it to bring grain to the local mill in Donegal. The grain was ground and then collected again. His father’s initials (AD) are written on the inside of the bag and this was how they identified the bag of flour on collection. It is important as this concept of growing your own grain, bringing it to a local mill and collecting your flour is totally alien in modern times."
