Nappy pin (boy)

"This is the nappy pin my late mother saved. It was used to do the needful on her first grandchild, a boy. Born in 1967 just 6 weeks after she became a widow and so he became the focus of her life and the apple of her eye. She herself had, in the 1940s, sadly lost her only boy 10 days after birth."
