"The document certifies that Patrick Morrissey was a member of the 'C' Company, 3rd Battalion of the Dublin IRA Brigade during the fight for Irish independence. I have included a picture of Kavanaghs shop it was found in and the history of the shop. If you can tell me anything more about the document I would be very grateful as this is all I know about this document. "
