Gormanstown Internment Camp Certificate.

"An Irish Civil War Gormanstown educational certificate given to my grand uncle and godfather Dick Stanley. My grand uncle was interred in the Gormanstown Internment Camp during the civil war (1922-1923). Although the civil war ended in May 1923 many prisoners continued to be interred for several months beyond that date. It was signed by a fellow prisoner, the future president of Ireland Sean T O' Ceallaigh."
