Dublin Metropolitan police pass through the city May 1916

"When we cleared my grandparent's house after my uncle died I found this folded in my grandfather's wallet. It allows my grandfather as a member of the Irish Land Commission to pass "through the streets of the City and D.M.P. area after the 1916 rising."
