Irish Railway Record Society Letter
"The attached letter gives details of Richard Guiton's railway service record. He was a violin maker in Cork. I received the letter from the Irish Railway Record Society's archivist. Joseph Leckey on March 26th 1987, while doing research into this relatively unknown instrument maker. I have the original letter. The violin of which a photo is attached is a copy of the M.Sainton Guarnerius 1734. It is intriguing that he had such a skill level for making instruments given his lenghty railway career. "
