WWII buckle from crashed US Bomber

"This buckle was on top of my grandfathers wood shed. He told me of an American plane crashing near the Village ( Johnstown Co Kilkenny ). I thought it was just a yarn he was spinning. But years later I spotted the identical buckle in the movie Memphis Belle. In the same type aircraft. On researching I discovered he was telling the truth. "
