Travel Permit

"This is my father. He was a groom and he raced horses. He was travelling to the UK during the war which is why he needed a passport. His father was a groom as well, so he started when he was a child, probably 50 years. He would go to Britain maybe twice a years. He stopped working at the horses in 1950 so he would have used the passport for around 20 years."
