Citrus fruit peel or skin slicer for marmalade making.

"I inherited it from my grandmother Isabella Agar. Sliced citrus fruits may be cut by inserting the peeled strips into the top hole on the cutting device, and then pushing down on the peel with a circular wooden stick and simultaneously turning the handle. The cuttings are extruded onto a tray ready for pressure cooking with the pulp and pips in a muslin bag."
