Dinner Menu for Royal Ulster Rifles

"A Dinner Menu for a meal which is in commemoration of soldiers who had survived WW1. It was held in the Four Courts Hotel which was in Inns Quay, Dublin and was demolished in the 1980s . Notice how simple the meal is and I wonder is there any wine. I dont think I would go for the thick kidney clear julienne concoction. My Grandfather Joseph Brown was at that meal and lived till 1968."
