St Teresa of the Roses

"Picture of St Teresa (attached) was given to my parents as a present for 1) moving into first family home and 2) for my birth two weeks later, from my Godmother. My parents always ensured that this picture hung over my bed and I always believed that it kept me safe. After my mother died almost 40 years later, my father insisted I take the picture and shortly after my taking it, his house was burgled and everything that was in a "never used" closet was stolen - this picture, of course, would have been stolen too as it had lived in the closet.
