Handwoven picture box

"This item was made by my mother in Peamount Hospital, Newcastle Co. Dublin in the 1940s. She was there for three years due to the TB epidemic.This box was handwoven by her during her recovery time and displays various pictures of cottages on all sides. Everything is original and maintained, becoming a valuable part of our family's history."
