Millennium time capsule certificate

"At the time of the Dublin Millennium, it was possible to purchase a special envelope into which people could put anything of their choice, which would reflect the era. The idea was that the envelope would be put into a time capsule, which was then buried beside the then Nelson's Pillar (now the Spire). The capsule is to be opened in 2088."
