"This pass is a travel pass to allow John Brooks (my grandfather) to pass through the streets of Dublin City and the Dublin Metropolitan Area. This pass presumably was required to allow certain business people safe passage through the streets of Dublin for business purposes. I just thought it was interesting especially as he was from Scotland that he needed a pass to drive through Dublin."
