Brass Matchbox

"This brass matchbox belonged to my grandparents. It is possibly older than 100 years, and may have come from one of their families. There is a ring on the top of the box which allows it to be connected to a chain, or perhaps it was originally part of a chatelaine. The bottom of the box is ridged to allow for the striking of matches."
