Dictionary

"This dictionary belonged to my grandmother and was published in 1902. She passed it on to my father who was born in 1916 - he used it in school and it still has his handwriting in pencil as a schoolboy in parts of it. The cover fell off many years ago and it was restored by liturgical book restorers in Athlone. It's an old dictionary but I sometimes still use it as some of the descriptions are so quaint and I like the drawings and the fact that I'm the third generation to use it. "
