The Pound note

"The Pound note. I remember getting a £1 cheque from my godmother for my birthday when I was 6 or 7. Myself and my mother brought it to the local shop to change it and I was given the option of a pound coin or a pound note. I chose the note and brimmed from ear to ear. What a feeling!! It'll always stay with me. Even now, ages 32, I still receive a card and money from my Godmother every September. "
