"I was overjoyed when visitors arrived to our home in the country in Borris-in-Ossory particularly when it was the custom for my Mother Kitty Cummins to serve Barry's classical loose tea from her favorite Irish tea pot to all present. My mother would say "Cheap tea, is no tea at all." When she visited a house in the area where the Lady of the house served weak tea with a poor color she declined the offer and instead asked for a Jameson Irish Whiskey . I still serve tea in my home from her colourful Irish tea pot. "
