WW11 Shell Dressing

"These WW11 Shell Dressings seem to have mainly been manufactured in the UK but this was made in Neutral Ireland by OVELL LTD Manufacturing Chemists, Dundalk, perhaps for Belfast? I picked it up in a flea market recently in Wexford for my "Medical Curiosities" bathroom cabinet."
