16mm film with optical sound

"The film may be old but it is a while since I watched it. The title is "The promise of..." - can't remember the persons name. The label is faint and I don't want to project the film. It is complete on 1 spool. It shows shots of rural electrification and Collinstown old buildings. I also have a Gaumont 16 mm sound projector. This has its original wooden carrying case and it still works, yes even the lamp. Sadly the speaker box was full of woodworm so it's not around. The film is professional and complete with some slight damage from last showing."
