"This item has been kept because of some important notes were written on the other side. In the 1940s, people did not want to waste paper, so every piece of paper was written upon. I have no knowledge of this Organisation, or what they were relieving their members from. The recipient was a Mrs. Norah Pilkington of Dalkey."
