"Travel permit within Ireland. My Dad ( who was blind ) worked in Dublin in Ratmines as a Basket weaver, but traveled home to Donegal were he was from and had to have a permit to travel in the 40's. RTE did a programme, not sure of the year about the shop in Ratmines village, I remember seeing it as a child. , my Dad was in it weaving."
