"I feel the bookies ticket is synonymous with our culture as Horse racing plays a huge part in Irish life.Placing a bet as a youngster had an amazing appeal until you lost that is. The quality of the ticket and its size as a young kid always felt good etc. These tickets have now been replaced with flimsy paper which feel worthless, which they probably are as I back a lot if losers over the years."
