Granny's Tea Caddy

"My Granny was from Tullow, Co Carlow. Her name was Molly Quigley. The teapot was always on the Stanley cooker all day. The first thing she said to everybody when they came in is “would you have a cup of tea?” It had to be Lyons. It brings back memories of sitting with her at the kitchen table, doing crosswords and word-searches together. When she died in 1997 I was told to take something to remember her by and I chose this. Every time I make a cup of tea I can think of my Granny. "
