Antique wooden sewing box

"Beautiful, antique wooden box, inlaid with mother of pearl, that belonged to my maternal great grandmother, Sarah Jane Neale of Crettyard House, Co Kilkenny. This dates it as mid 19th century. It would have functioned as a sewing box, a jewellery box and a writing slope. Inside are antique stitching tools (awl & canvas needle), two with mother of pearl handles. "
