Certificate of T.O'M of 1908, from Coláiste Connacht, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo

"This is a copy of my father, Tomás O'Mannacháin's, 1908 Teastais from Coláiste Chonnacht, Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo. He attended Coláiste Chonnacht in 1908. Afterwards, he started as a Gaelic League teacher of Irish in 1908. He worked in Queens County, now Laois. In 1918, he was appointed as organizer for the Gaelic League for Co. Queens and Ossory. In 1920, he was appointed as Organizer for the Gaelic League for Co. Kilkenny and the Diocese of Ossory. His short stories were published by UCG, between 1925-1928. He continued working as a teacher of Irish until 1948. He died in 1953, when I was a small child."
