Saorstát Éireann Passport

"This is a Saorstát Éireann Passport (Pas) and as such is very rare. It states that Veronica Fin was a Citizen of the Irish Free State and of the British Commonwealth of Nations. It would also have been rare enough for an individual to travel to the continent, as this lady did, first in 1926, and again in 1934 when her passport was renewed to Italy. This lady is my Grand Aunt Vera Finn and lived with my grandparents in her later years, in Newtown Terrace in Athlone Co Westmeath."
