Guinness Bottle Labels
"My grandfather, Alexander Foley, was a publican. The Guinness would be delivered down in kegs I suppose and then you'd bottle them yourself. The label says: "Alexander Foley, New Bawn, Wexford." It must have been a license number that's on it – I'm just wondering is the 49 the year maybe – he would have had the pub back then. He would have the pub up from the 30's or 40's until about 20 years ago, then his son took it and sold it on then."
