"I'm 65 years of age and this is my Father's shoe last and he used to repair my shoes with it. When the family house was being sold, I held on onto it as a keepsake and for memories. There are three different types of shoes that could be put on it. Years ago they used to put steel soles into soles to make them last longer and I remember my father doing this with this last. To me it's priceless and hopefully I'll pass it down to my children. It was a time when people repaired shoes more, people didn't have a lot of money so objects like this helped us to stay on our uppers when we where down on them!"
