Dad's secret

"My dad found this item while he was planting potatoes in the 1960's, we call it dad's secret as he had a family of 9 children and when he found this he was afraid to tell anyone incase they would dig up all his potatoes. As a family we always laugh about this and always thought it might be something very important not really knowing what it is or where it came from."
