Top Hat and Hatbox

"My grandmother Vic Loving came to this country in 1930 with the first chorus line to tour Ireland. She had previously been in the English music halls touring England and Scotland as a "Male Impersonator", hence this silk top hat and leather hat box. The hat still has her make up (grease paint) on the inside. She travelled all over Ireland until the 1960's, with her variety/drama touring show "Flash Parade". It is just one part of the collection of memorabilia I have from her show."
