Hen on basket

" This is a small little hen on a basket. Normally they were much larger suitable for storing eggs. This one more of an ornament rather than an egg holder. It came from my great grand mothers house. It reminds me of cosy times with my grand mother. My mother gave it to me and I treasure it as a little object that has been passed down through four generations and I will pass it on to one of my children. I remember playing with it but amazingly there are no cracks or chips! "
