Limerick Soviet Currency

"This is one of several notes of different denominations we hold as a family. The notes were produced during the general strike in Limerick in 1919 know as the Limerick Soviet. One of the signatories on these notes is that John Cronin, leader of the Limerick Soviet campaign and my great grandfather. The centenary of the Limerick Soviet is due in two years."
