"I got this doll from Santy (now we call him Santa, not Santy as when I was a child). My Mum was making clothes for Nicola (the doll I had) for Christmas but from her & my Dad. She made them after I was in bed each night so I’d be surprised when I saw them. However when Christmas Day came I had Nicola all ready for her new clothes but they were far too big for her. I was all disappointed, then My Mum said “What about your new baby doll that Santy left for you?” And low & behold, guess what? They fitted her perfectly. I was so thrilled that Santy knew the clothes my Mum was making would be too big for Nicola and that is why he brought Caroline for me. Mum later made clothes for Nicola too. I was a very lucky girl ?"
