1913 Irish pilgrimage to Lourdes medal

"I have this medal from the first all Ireland Pilgrimage to Lourdes in 1913. I bought it on a keyring at a Christmas Fair in The Mansion House Dublin in the early 80s and have valued it ever since. Besides its religious history I discovered £2000 from the Pilgrimage profits were given to Dublin children's distress fund during the 1913 lockout. I stopped using it as it was getting very worn. "
