Wall paper trimmer

"Wallpaper was supplied with a white border on two edges due to limits in the printing process. This tool was needed to trim the paper before applying to the wall. Without it, a scissors was used which was very difficult and left an uneven cut. My father used this in the 1950, and 1960 while I was growing up in Dublin."
