Hand Crank Sewing Machine
"In every home in Ireland tucked away in the corner was the sewing machine. Clothes were made and mended on it, collars turned when they wore and kids clothes made from cut down adults clothes, upcycling wasn't a trend it was a necessity. I learned to sew in a Singer hand crank sewing machine when I was 9 or 10 and love them to this day, hence my collection that dates from 1877 onwards. "
