Rustic clothes brush

"My late father, William Judge (1901-1990), from Lecarrow, Ballinafad, Co. Sligo, made this clothes brush in 1918, when he was 17. He used tufted horsehair, set into a wooden handle, securing the bristles to the handle with nails. The brush measures 9" long x 2.5"wide x 2.5" high. The brush is a treasured link to our family's past."
