Wedding Brooch

"Cornelius F(rancis) Lyons (b. Mitchelstown 10 September 1873–d. Tipperary 11 July 1913) Katie Barlow (b. Tipperary 15 March 1872–d. Tipperary 09 April 1951) were my paternal grandparents. They had both died before I was born. This brooch which from the inscription on the reverse. Cornelius F Katie indicates that it was a commemoration of their wedding as they were married at St Peter and Paul’s Church, Cork on that date. I would be interested to learn more about the inscription and any other allied symbolism. "
