Súgán chair

"The frame of the Súgán chair was made on the Blasket Islands by the Islanders after the First World War 1914/18 with wood from a shipwreck washed ashore, it was given to my Grandfather Ulick Moran a fisherman/farmer who lived on the mainland in Dunquin. He died in 1987 he was 94. My Grandfather did the Sugan seating on the chair. "
