Milennium countdown postcard

"In the late 1990s I worked with a girl from Dublin. We spoke of a big clock that was put in the Liffey, it was used to count down the seconds to the new Milennium on request it would print out a blue postcard with the secounds printed on the reverse of the card for 20p [26c]. In this case [card] there was 116241691 secounds left to the Celebrations. Feel free to work out how many months are years this is. The clock, unfortunately, never lasted the pace of time as it was water damaged. I was happy though to have received the postcard before the clocks demise."
